One of Avgoustidis’ early residential projects, the building reflects an approach to planning, materials and construction that was progressive for its time. Its 180 sqm residences incorporated master bedrooms alongside features such as video entry, automatic lift doors and aluminium systems, complemented by Tinos marble flooring and walnut-clad communal interiors.
