FOUR SUMMER HOUSES IN ZANTE

Four two-storey summer houses in Ammoudi, Zakynthos, are located just 40 metresfrom the sea. Designed as a unified group, the houses maintain the privacy of each home. Living spaces are placed on the ground floor and open directly onto private gardens and pools, while the bedrooms are located on the upper level, with views towards the sea.

Stone and rendered surfaces, shifting volumes and changes in depth give the façades a layered character. At the centre of the composition, a linear circulation zone with stairs and landscaped areas runs across the houses, dividing them into two pairs and organising the shared access.

Two separate access points serve the complex: the main road leads to the ground-floor level and the entrances of the houses, while the lower road provides access to the private basement parking.

The project includes the design of the architecture, interiors and furniture, with each house delivered fully equipped and ready for use.
