PAV15 RESIDENCES

Located just a few metres from the Alimos waterfront, the building comprises two floor-through residences per level, with views towards the sea. Living areas open onto balconies at the front, while bedrooms face the quieter rear side with their own outdoor spaces.

Wooden floors, energy-efficient fireplaces and integrated lighting define the interiors, while particular attention was given to the entrance areas and surrounding landscape. Each residence also includes private underground parking and a large storage room.
